Obtained Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology. Subsequently, he earned Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management of Technology from the Bandung Institute of Technology. He received Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Construction Management from M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Construction Management, University of Florida (UF), USA.

He has nearly 21 years of experience in various industries. Prior to being appointed as Director of PT Triguna Internusa Pratama, he has served as Deputy Project Execution - VP Project Execution (Act.) PT TRIPATRA (2020-2021), Head of BD Upstream & LNG and Senior Manager PT TRIPATRA (2019-2020), Business Development & Partnership Manager PT PATRA BADAK ARUN SOLUSI (2017-2019) and also special staff to the Director General of Oil and Gas at the Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources (2016-2018).

Appointed as Director of PT Trimitra Cipta Mandiri (TCM) at the April 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

Before joining Trimitra, Mr. Fattah Hermana had more than 20 years of experience as a professional in various fields such as EPC, Human Capital and Operation Maintenance in the Oil and Gas and Mining industries.

He started his career as a Project Engineer at Perusahaan Gas Negara from June 2004 to October 2008, served as Head of HR Planning at Timah Tbk, from February 2008 to October 2010. Served as Sr. HR Manager at Lintas Multi Benua, from October 2010 until September 2014, and served as Sr. Human Capital Manager at Arga Bangun Bangsa from 2014 to 2015.

In October 2015, Mr. Fattah joined Rukun Raharja Tbk as Senior Human Capital and was later appointed as Senior HR & OMSS Manager, Triguna Internusa Pratama, part of the Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) business group, from October 2016 to May 2023.

Mr. Fattah has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) in 2003, and a Masters in Management from PPM Management in 2005.
