Salak Voice Leads PT Trimitra Cipta Mandiri to First Place in RAJA Group’s PACE Values Jingle Competition 2026

Jakarta, 3 September 2026 — PT Trimitra Cipta Mandiri (TCM) achieved a proud milestone at the PACE Values Jingle Competition 2026, organized by PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA Group). Salak Voice, a team made up of TCM employees, took first place with their jingle “Bersatu dalam PACE, Kita RAJA” (“United in PACE, We Are RAJA”) at the grand final held at Patal Senayan Communal Space on Thursday, 3 September.

The competition is part of RAJA Group’s PACE Values Internalization program, an internal creative contest open to employees across all entities within the group. Through the medium of a jingle, each team was challenged to translate the spirit of the PACE values into a piece of work that is memorable, inspiring, and reflective of RAJA Group’s identity.

After the registration and submission stages, followed by a closed evaluation by RAJA Group’s Board of Directors, the five best teams from various subsidiaries advanced to the final round to perform their work live before the Directors, the Board of Directors, and employees from across the group. Alongside Salak Voice from TCM, the other four finalists were PACE Ranger (EHK), PentaX (PPN), RATU, and Trio Lestari (RAJA).

In their performance, Salak Voice delivered “Bersatu dalam PACE, Kita RAJA” with energy and unity. Simple yet meaningful lyrics, combined with a catchy arrangement, won over the panel of judges and carried TCM to the top spot. Second place went to PACE Ranger (EHK) with “Pace Let’s Go!”, while third place was shared by Trio Lestari (RAJA) with “Satu Semangat, Satu RAJA” and RATU with “INSAN RAJA”.

This victory is proof that the PACE values are alive and growing within the TCM family. Salak Voice’s achievement is more than a product of creativity alone; it reflects the collaboration, commitment, and pride of TCM’s people as part of RAJA Group.
