Rony Hartanto is a senior executive with more than twenty-five years of experience in the energy, oil and gas, and energy infrastructure sectors. He currently also serves as Director of Engineering and Operations at PT Triguna Internusa Pratama, where he is responsible for developing technical and operational standards for strategic projects and formulating medium- and long-term strategy aligned with the parent company’s business roadmap.
Previously he served as Director of PT Petrotech Penta Nusa (the Energy Infrastructure subholding of PT Rukun Raharja Tbk) and as President Director of PT Artifisial Teknologi Persada (2022–2025). His operational leadership was further honed at PT Elnusa Tbk — including as Operation Director (2021), Vice President of Oilfield Services (2016–2021), and Managing Director of Drilling Oilfield (2014–2016) — after beginning his career as a Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and a certification in Strategic Business Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business School.
Fattah Hermana is a professional specializing in organizational development and operations management. With a solid engineering background and a strategic understanding of business, he is known for integrating human capital and operations management to drive company growth and performance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) and a Master of Management from PPM School of Management.
He began his professional career in 2004 as an Engineer at Perusahaan Gas Negara, and went on to serve as Head of HR Planning & Training Center at PT Timah (Persero) Tbk (2008–2011), Senior HR Manager at PT Lintas Multi Benua (2011–2016), Senior Human Capital Specialist at PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (2016–2018), and HR & OMSS Manager at PT Triguna Internusa Pratama (2018–2023).
Since April 2023 he has served as Director of PT Trimitra Cipta Mandiri, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience across the energy, mining, and human capital sectors. In his current role he focuses on leading the company’s business transformation, expanding its portfolio, strengthening competitiveness, and reinforcing the company’s position nationally.

PT Trimitra Cipta Mandiri was established on 8 November 2000 in Central Jakarta as a support services company for the oil and gas industry.
TCM was acquired by PT Triguna Internusa Pratama and became part of the PT Rukun Raharja Tbk group (IDX: RAJA), within the Midstream — Infrastructure & Utilities segment.
Began operating and maintaining natural gas distribution facilities at Sei Gelam and Payo Selincah, Jambi Province, together with PT Energasindo Heksa Karya.
Extended services to geothermal and power generation facilities, while beginning manpower provision and support facility construction in the Rokan Block, Riau.
Entrusted with Operation & Maintenance Support Services for Star Energy Geothermal Salak and Wayang Windu — two major geothermal power plants in West Java.
Received the Zero Incident award from Star Energy Geothermal Salak, adding to the Zero Accident Award and Best Contractor recognition earned previously.
