Two hundred and fifty-six TCM personnel work across our head office and field sites — from geothermal facilities to gas transmission — united by the PACE values shared across RAJA Group.

Most TCM personnel are stationed directly in our clients’ operating areas — from geothermal facilities in West Java to oil production areas in Riau. Management visits are carried out regularly to make sure work standards, safety, and the PACE values are applied consistently at every location.
Every person receives technical training and certification for their discipline — from mechanical, electrical, and scaffolding competencies to HSE certification — before being deployed to the field.
Safety is never compromised. HSE programs, personal protective equipment, and safety inductions are standard on every assignment, in line with our ISO 45001 and SMK3 management systems.
Team activities — employee gatherings, outings, and sports events — keep teams spread across many work locations connected as one TCM family.
On 4–5 June 2026 the TCM team, together with PT Triguna Internusa Pratama, took part in Generative AI Training — Unlocking Innovation for the Oil & Gas Industry at Hacktiv8 Campus, Jakarta. The two-day program covered the foundations of generative AI, its use for day-to-day productivity, designing AI workflows, and responsible AI governance — part of our effort to prepare our people for the digital transformation of the energy sector.
