Together, Celebrate, Grow: The PT Trimitra Cipta Mandiri Family Comes Together at Trimitra Gathering 2026

Pelabuhanratu, 29 August 2026 — A warm and cheerful atmosphere filled Grand Inna Samudera Beach Hotel in Pelabuhanratu, Sukabumi, as PT Trimitra Cipta Mandiri (TCM) held Trimitra Gathering 2026 on Saturday (29/8). Carrying the theme “Together, Celebrate, Grow,” the event gave all TCM employees and their families a chance to step away from the daily routine and strengthen their bonds on the southern coast of West Java.

The annual employee outing was designed as a way for the company to show its appreciation to every member of the TCM family who works hard throughout the year, whether in the field, the workshop, or the office. The presence of employees’ families added a special touch, serving as a reminder that behind every company achievement stands the support of loved ones at home

The day opened with a get-together in the hotel’s main venue, followed by a series of fun games that had everyone laughing. From distribution flour with a card that left participants’ faces covered in white, to team-coordination games on the lawn beneath shady trees, every session helped break down the walls between divisions and work locations. There were no job titles on the playing field, only one big TCM family cheering each other on.

The festivities continued with a shared lunch overlooking Pelabuhanratu Beach and closed with the most anticipated session of the day: the presentation of appreciation gifts to employees and the doorprize draw. A wide range of prizes, from household appliances to the grand prizes of a washing machine and a QLED television, were handed out to the lucky participants, with cheers and applause greeting every name called to the stage.
