JAKARTA, SEPTEMBER 18, 2026 – In an effort to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive efficient, world-class project execution, PT Trimitra Cipta Mandiri has taken a strategic step by actively participating in the intensive “Project Leadership Workshop 2026.” Titled “Leadership & Journey to World-Class Project Delivery,” this workshop was organized in collaboration with professional firm PQI Consultant.

This intensive training series, spanning from morning to evening, was comprehensively designed to address industry challenges specifically the risks of cost overruns and schedule delays that frequently loom over large-scale projects.

The event was opened by Mr. Djauhar Maulidi, President Director of Rukun Raharja Tbk.

Project Execution Innovation: Implementation of AWP, PPM, and Lean Construction

Beyond addressing leadership and soft skills, the workshop delved deeply into modern technical project management methods to ensure project readiness prior to investment decisions (Front-End Loading / FEL). Key frameworks examined included:

  • Project Definition Readiness Index (PDRI): A tool for evaluating project definition readiness to minimize uncertainty before the Final Investment Decision (FID).
  • Advanced Work Packaging (AWP): An integrated approach to breaking down project scope into structured work packages (CWA, CWP, EWP, IWP) aligned with the construction sequence (Path of Construction).
  • Project Production Management (PPM): Managing the project as a production system focused on workflow, variability reduction, and the reliability of execution commitments.
  • Lean Construction & 11 Wastes (DOWNTIME BAH): Strategies to eliminate 11 forms of waste (muda), ranging from the level of technical movements to the business portfolio level. Participants also had the opportunity to engage in an interactive COMMET-Last Planner System (LPS) simulation. Through simulations focused on pull planning and constraint management (lookahead planning), teams were trained to improve the reliability of weekly commitments measured by Planned Percent Complete (PPC) and to eliminate operational bottlenecks in the field.

PT Trimitra Cipta Mandiri’s participation in this strategic initiative serves as tangible proof of the company’s commitment to transforming into a world-class project delivery organization. By integrating strong leadership, efficient lean workflows, and cutting-edge digital technology, the company is poised to deliver project execution that is more precise, safe, and timely for all stakeholders.
